Volunteer with Us
Support the clinical sanctuary. We offer various opportunities for advocates, administrators, and survivors to contribute their skills toward our collective healing mission.
Open Volunteer Roles
Volunteering with a trauma-recovery initiative requires dedication to safety and confidentiality. We have structured roles depending on your experience and clinical background:
Peer Group Assistant
Support our registered psychotherapists during online peer facilitation groups. Requires a background in social care, mental health counseling, or peer group training.
Administrative Aid
Help coordinate session logs, verify donations, manage newsletter distributions, and handle logistics for public outreach campaigns.
Tech & Security Volunteer
Maintain our website, support encrypted portal integrations, and advise on secure database setups for maximum patient anonymity.
Social Media Outreach Support
Draft content, run educational social campaigns, and distribute info packets to clinics, spiritual centers, and survivor organizations.
Safeguarding & Training
To protect the safety of our community, all volunteers working near clinical materials or interacting with survivors must undergo comprehensive identity checks, references, and a specialized training workshop regarding boundaries and cultic trauma dynamics.

More Ways to Contribute
Other Ways to Support the Sanctuary
Beyond our formal volunteer roles, there are meaningful ways to contribute your time, creativity, and presence to the mission.
Forum Monitoring
Help maintain the safety and integrity of our Community Forum by monitoring threads for distress signals, moderating tone, and flagging posts that may require clinical attention. This role requires empathy, discretion, and adherence to our community safeguarding guidelines.
Art & Creative Contributions
Art, poetry, illustration, and creative writing have long been healing tools. We welcome contributions from survivors and supporters who wish to offer creative work for our resource library, community spaces, or fundraising materials. All contributions are shared with your permission and attributed as you prefer.
Event Assistance
Support the coordination of community awareness events, fundraising gatherings, and online webinars. This includes logistics, promotion, technical setup for virtual events, and participant communication. A meaningful way to contribute without clinical involvement.
